Maximum current 1.66A, it should be no current restrict to the portable power station. Find the right connector, and connect it to the DC port under direct sunlight, charging will go.

USB and QC 3.0 quick charging supported

Does the 30 watt portable foldable solar panel need a solar controller to charge 12v battery?

We suggest to use a solar controller together to charge the 12v battery. Because it can protect well the 12v battery charging. If you have a large capacity battery, or you want faster charging not trickle way, we suggest a larger portable foldable solar panel.

Can the 30 watt portable foldable solar panel charge a laptop?

Yes, it can charge a laptop. But it will do support charging due to the limited output current (max 1.66A). We suggest to use a larger portable foldable solar panel to get better charging.

Will this ETFE 30 watt portable foldable solar panel have higher waterproof grade than a general one?

Yes, it actually has higher waterproof grade. And the ETFE surface can be better for being dust proof and more easier for cleaning. But the junction box is still not waterproof. Please protect it well when use.

How is about the package situation?

In the package, there are 1 x 30 watt ETFE portable foldable solar panel, 1 x 0.5m DC 5521 male to male cable, 4 x DC connectors for portable power station (8.0mm, 5.5x2.1mm, 5.5x2.5mm, 3.5x1.35mm), 1 x 30cm micro 5pin USB charging cable, 2 x carabiners, and 1 x manual.

P.S.:

Considering some customers may not need the solar controller or they already have it, in our 30 watt portable foldable solar panel package, it will not include a solar controller and the battery clamps. This is optional. We can add them if you want.

If there is no right DC connector for your portable power station, we can do customization for you.
