The GGXingEnergy® ETFE 30w solar phone charger is equipped with a smart controller, which can provide safe and quick charging. General USB, 5V2.1A (max). Orange USB, QC3.0 24W max (5V9V12V). USB C, PD 18W max (5V9V12V). The QC3.0 and Type-C port will automatically distinguish the devices and match the fastest charging for them.

30W Solar Phone Charger Notes for Use

1)We suggest the GGXingEnergy® 30w solar phone charger to be water plash use, not soaking it in water or leaving it in heavy rain. Because even if the stitch for the solar panel and cloth is precision, water still may be in. And for the USB junction box part, please do make it be always dry. That part is not waterproof.

2)Please let the four panels of the 30w solar phone charger be all fully covered with sunlight when use. Such a kind of solar phone charger can not store power by itself, and it needs sunlight to convert out power. Behind the window or being with shadow, or being used at early morning or late afternoon, that will cause bad working.

3)This 30w solar phone charger can perfectly support the QC3.0 and PD protocol electronic devices. If you find this function is not working or stopping working, that will be due to the poor sunlight intension. Please try the general USB part or wait until sunlight is much stronger.

4)The three ports on the 30w solar phone charger can work at the same time. But when sunshine is not so strong enough, we suggest to only use two or one port. The use will be plug and play. The attached 30cm micro USB charging cable is simply for those who do not have access to an USB cable. But for devices that require their own USB cables such as Apple products or a type-c cable, all of our customers use the respective Apple USB cord or type-c port originally from their devices.
