A, Regarding the waterproof issue, it is true that this 8 watt solar cell phone charger is water against. Then some customers may doubt that whether the solar cell phone charger can be left in rain. We do not suggest to leave it in rain. And the USB output part is totally not waterproof. The solar cell phone charger will be ok if with water splashing.
